Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee or double espresso shot
  • 2-3 tbsp Flavored Syrup (Caramel, Mocha, Pistachio, Vanilla, etc.)
  • Xanthan gum (Optional)
  • Whipped Cream
  • Topping (Caramel drizzle, chocolate chips, cookie crumbs, etc.)

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of strong coffee (cooled), 1/2 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar or flavored syrup, and whipped cream for topping.
  • Brew the Coffee (for coffee version): If you're going the coffee route, brew a strong shot of espresso or about ½ cup of chilled coffee. Let it cool before blending.
For a non-coffee version, just skip the coffee and add more milk plus whatever flavoring you like - chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, etc.
  • Blend It All Together: Throw everything into a blender—ice, milk, coffee (or whatever creamy base you like), syrup, sweetener, and a tiny bit of xanthan gum. Blend it on high until it’s all smooth and frosty.
  • Pour and Top It Off: Pour your blended Frappuccino into a tall glass. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and any additional toppings like chocolate shavings, caramel drizzle, or cookie crumbles.
  • Enjoy: Grab a straw and enjoy your homemade Frappuccino!
