- 1-2 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
- 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 6-8 oz Brewed Coffee
- Cinnamon Powder (Optional)
- Sugar Free Syrups of Vegan Creamers (Optional)
Brew Coffee: Prepare 6-8 ounces of strong coffee using your preferred method. Let it cool slightly for 1-2 minutes
Blend Ingredients: Combine coffee with 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter or ghee and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil in a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds until frothy.
