  • 1-2 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil
  • 6-8 oz Brewed Coffee
  • Cinnamon Powder (Optional)
  • Sugar Free Syrups of Vegan Creamers (Optional)

Instructions

  • Brew Coffee: Prepare 6-8 ounces of strong coffee using your preferred method. Let it cool slightly for 1-2 minutes
  • Blend Ingredients: Combine coffee with 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter or ghee and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil in a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds until frothy.
  • Add Flavorings (Optional): Before blending, add cinnamon powder, cocoa powder, or sugar-free syrups like vanilla or hazelnut. You can also incorporate flavored protein powder for extra energy boost.
