- 2-2.25 oz A double Espresso Shot
- 2-3 oz Milk (1/4 cup)
Start by preparing a double shot of espresso using your espresso machine.
Pour cold milk into the frothing pitcher. Use the steaming wand to aerate the milk, heating it until smooth and velvety textured. Avoid making dry foam.
Pour the fresh, hot espresso into your serving cup and slowly pour the steamed milk over the espresso. The ratio of Espresso to milk should be 1:1.
